Meal Plan and Workout for Tomorrow ~ ~ ~

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal with honey
  • Milk

Lunch:

  • Whole grain wrap with tuna, tomatoes, and spinach
  • 1 grilled cherry tomato with cheese and mint

Snack:

  • Milk
  • Celery and cucumber
  • One Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Nugget if I’m in the mood

Dinner:

  • Rice 
  • Veggies
  • Lentil soup

Workout:

  • 20-60 min. dancing
  • 1 Pop Pilates challenge or my own circuit workout
