Boosting Your Metabolism 101
A few useful facts about how your metabolism works:
Your metabolism is basically the system of process that convert calories & fat into fuel and controls how efficiently your body uses that fuel.
Your metabolism is made of two processes, anabolism in which your body creates new cells and catabolism in which your body turns fats, carbs and protein into energy that heats and powers your body.
Metabolism is determined mostly by the calories you demand of your body and the calories you give your body although genetics does play a role as well. While you can’t change your genetics there are other more important factors you can change.
